I was very skeptical of using a travel agent as I never found the value in it. But - Karen was so great to work with! I found her at a Wedding show and she reached out afterwards. I asked for her advice on where to go and she sent me a million places to pick/choose from as I had no idea where we were planning on going for our Honeymoon. She was very flexible and went back and forth with me while I was asking questions, getting ideas from her/etc. Once we decided on a specific place - then it was back and forth to choose which hotel/location to stay at. She was always very pleasant, polite and was always willing to help/go over the top.

Even when we were on our honeymoon and our flights had changed (she wasn't notified of this cancellation/change) - she questioned why we were in one city and not another - as she knew where we were supposed to be, etc and reached out after our adjusted flights had screwed up something I had paid for upon arrival in our destination. She did all she could to make us have a great trip and wonderful experience. I now use her for any travel/trips that I make (as she can always get a deal and or comps). Multiple of my friends have used her even for their wedding/honeymoon trips! Highly recommend her!"
