For someone who has so much trouble making a decision, she was so patient & listened to all of my concerns. She planned a “site visit” for us 6 months before the wedding. She stayed in contact with the resort & was able to put my mind at ease with all the answers to my many, many questions. She also went above and beyond for each & every one of my guests which made the entire trip nothing short of a dream. We had several different things out of anyone’s control that tried to interrupt our trip & Karen was right there every time we called. She handled every issue with complete professionalism & resolved every problem within minutes even from thousands of miles away.
